DAVID BRADLEY – DIRECTOR

Performance Toolbox was created in New Zealand 2001 by Management Consultant Dave Ferguson with David Bradley joining as the first Associate in that year.

18 years later and after more than 10 years in the UAE, David Bradley is now recognised as one of the foremost experts on team performance in the Gulf. As well as working on major team development projects, David has facilitated hundreds of team development and team building sessions for 10s of thousands of participants.

Today Performance Toolbox operates as a specialist division of the UAE based team building company Turnaround. Turnaround was started in Dubai by Rob Day in 2007 and has grown to become the most successful team building provider in the UAE, working with the most of the major multinationals in the region and across government and semi-government entities.

TOOLBOX TEAM ASSESSMENT

What is it?

The Toolbox Team Assessment is the next evolution of team assessments, measuring the drivers of team effectiveness, offering clear insight into the team dynamics and workplace environment.

This assessment has been developed based on 15 years of research in the Middle East. This is not designed to be a measure of leadership influence or to be a report just for management. This is something for the whole team to be involved in.

Why?

Traditional diagnostic tools have served us well, but with the changes in modern teams it was time for these to evolve. The Toolbox Team Assessment has been created to support the development of these modern teams that are more likely to be virtual teams, involve complex matrix reporting lines, shift and move from project to project or that need to be more self-directed.
